Three Trees Res Southernwood is located close to the Southernwood spar shoping centre. We have provided student accommodation to Walter Sisulu University Students since 2016. Our premises comprises of 2 building, The 1st building has 11 rooms and all 11 rooms have ensuits. 9 rooms out of the 11 are double rooms and 2 are single rooms. The is a communal TV room, kitchen and reading room. The laundry room is also located on the 1st building. The 2nd building has 8 rooms 6 of those rooms have ensuits and are double rooms and the 2 rooms that share a bathroom are single rooms. The 2nd building also has its own kitchen and the drying yard is between the buildings. There is a study room that is situated between the building and spacious it can accommodated up to 70 learning studying students We have a generator as back up and a security 24/7 and cleaning staff.
