The property is fully developed, fully furnished, and has accommodated both NSFAS and private funded Walter Sisulu University (WSU) Students for the year 2023. Idinga Residence is situated in the student zone area, and It is closer to all the necessary amenities such as shops, public transport, healthcare centers etc. The distance to the Zamukulungisa (ZMK) campus is approximately 1.5km and 5km to the Nelson Mandela Drive (NMD) campus.
