Corporate Village is an upmarket student accommodation complex with 6 houses/units that can accommodate multiple students. The village has 32 rooms in total and has 72 beds, spread amongst the 6 units/houses. Each Unit is equipped with a shared TV room , Kitchenette, dining area as well as shared bathrooms. Each bedroom has a study desk and chair for each student occupying the bedroom. All bedrooms are shared and each unit has full internet services for all its residents. The village is also equipped with an office, CCTV Room, Laundry room as well as extra outside Ablution facilities within the complex. Security is extremely high and the village is enclosed with a boundary wall to ensure no trespassing and that all the residents are kept safe. The village also has a caretaker to ensure that all maintenance needs are kept up to date. There is a backup generator installed in case of loadshedding and JOJO water tanks to ensure there is always water available.
