Each Student is allocated a 30cm x 60cm grocery locker cupboard. A spar for food and grocery shopping, is a 750m – 10-minute walk away from the apartment. A lounge area with TV and selected DSTV channels. A TV box is provided where TV apps with subscriptions can be downloaded, subscriptions are not included. 2 shower/basin & toilet rooms & one separate toilet. 3 Bedrooms; (1 x Bedroom downstairs, 2 x Bedrooms upstairs) each bedroom accommodates 2 Students.
