The Ncipa Residence provides a universal safe, clean,accessibly accommodation for both female and male students who generally have a preference for a homely type of atmosphere, it is comprised of 4-roomed unit houses with double rooms and 2cottages doubled rooms that are situated opposite and adjacent to each other, resembling a neighbouring environment.The residence accomodates a total of 26 students. Each unit house only accommodates 6 students with a common kitchen and bathroom, each unit house is differently themed. It has a seperate clean quiet building study area, The residence has lovely spacious lounge where students can watch TV with most DStv channels, a videos and unlimited wifi and abolition area with vegetation for a green environment and a path way for the students to unwind outside.It has a laundry room with washing/ tumbler machine and ironing area. The yard is securely wall fenced with a steel gate and a 24hr security at the gate and surveilance cameras. The residence also has 2 water reserve tanks as back up for the water cut-offs and backup energy sources for loadshedding.
