GCINA RESIDENCE@24 Kent Road_Mandalay The GCINA RESIDENCE residence is a three bedroom house with 3 flatlets at the back. The residence can accommodate 10 students shared between the main home and the flatlet. MAIN HOUSE: has a shared bathroom, kitchen and a common lounge. A washing machine for laundry is freely available to all students. - Room A = 2 x beds - Room B = 1 x bed - Room C = 1 x bed 4 x FLATLETS: Each flatlet has a shared shower en-suite with basin & toilet. - Flat D = 2 beds (shared space) - Flat E = 2 beds (shared space) - Flat F = 2 beds (shared space) - Flat G = Kitchen lounge combo - Flat H= 2beds (Shared) Each student will have a wardrobe, bed lamp and a study desk. WIFI is provided. Cutlery, 2 x Fridges,2 x 4 plates stoves with oven dishes and pots are available for students who are in need.
