There are four different houses on the same premises. The first house has a white (upper region) and black (lower region) colour on the walls. The second house has a silver-grey and dove-grey colour. The third house has a white and face brick colour, and the fourth house is plain white. The yard has a large grass area that is separated in the middle by a walking pathway. The ground area closer to the house is cemented. There are two vehicle entrances and two pedestrian entrances to the house. The front part of the house has many windows, which is very well protected with metal burglar bars. The whole wall surrounding the house is bricked (not painted), on the inside and outside of the house. The whole premises is on 24h surveillance. The premises is also razor-wired. There are x3 5000l water tanks with pumping machines. There is a DSTV satellite dish on the wall at the back of the house as well as a WiFi antenna on the roof of the house.
