Mellow Residence is a double storey student accomodation in Butterworth, Zazulwana AA, situated 3km from WSU IBIKA campus. The residence has fully functional eskom electricity and back-up generator, municipal water and water tanks as a back-up. The residences has two kitchens, one for each floor. Each kitchen has stoves, microwave ovens and fridges. Each floor has its own separate showers and lavatory areas. 26 double sleeper bedrooms, with individual cupboards, study tables, chairs, wall mounted heaters, study lamps and mirrors. Mellow residence has a study area inside the premises with separate studying compartments, a large open spaced tv room with two opposite facing flatscreen tv sets, WI-FI that connects in every room, a laundry room complete with washing machines and dryers. The outside areas has washing lines, water tanks, outside sinks and outside lavatory. The premises has a boundary brickwall all around the perimeter, with two gates, for cars and pedestrians. It is a 5 minute drive from main Butterworth campus and 20 minutes if you are walking.
