The residence is made in a form of batchelor flats (Open plan) , each sharing students have their own kitchen, braai area and bathroom. There is also a study room, a modern and fully equipped common area. Security guard personnel is available and 24 Hrs CCTV footage is available. It is a walking distance IBIKA spar and garage, also a walking distance to the University.
