The house is fully habitable house that has been operating in the business of renting and leasing for the last five years. It is close to amenities and 2km from the East London CBD. It accommodates 17 students. It is disability (wheelchair) friendly. It has adequate open communal space for home studies. It has communal kitchen with gas stoves and microwave utensils. The Facility has locked gates with tags. The house is not affected by Load Shadding episodes because it is off grid.
