Argyle Res is 50m from the WSU faculty in Buffalo Street. We are basically on campus. As far as i am aware we are the only ladies only res in EL. We have been a ladies only res at the request of WSU for the last seven years. Our res has only lady security, cleaners and supervisors working at all times. We are a very secure res. We have 85 beds (42 double rooms and 1 single) We have four floors with very modern finishes. Kitchen have gas and granite tops . All our facilities are as per the normal requirements and we have been A Graded through WSU inspections for the last seven years .( reaching over 90% each time) We have installed 30 solar panels 15KW and also have 20KW of battery back up. The res is very central in the East London CBD and very close to all shops and banks.
