Luticare is located in Zimbane administrative area, Bhongweni location ,Zimbane Admin area. The premises are secure with a perimeter wall, all around the property. Other security features include CCTV and onsite security guard with PSIRA level C certification. It consists of 10 double rooms plus 2 single rooms. Ablution facilities onsite consists of 5 showers and 4 toilets. The common room has a TV, DSTV explora, a dining table and sofas for the relaxation of students. Another feature of the residence is Wi-Fi that has unlimited availability supported by the backup power should there be load shedding. The kitchen has lockable cupboards, microwave, kettle, 3 x 4 plate gas hobs, 3 fridges and a standalone freezer. For fire prevention,fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are located in the corridors and a fire blanket is in the kitchen . (students are shown how to use it). There is also a laundry with a washing machine 2 wash troughs and an ironing board and shelves. The study room is in a quiet area close to guard's room.
