Mafanya 3 consists of 20 double rooms (40 beds in total). There are 3 separate buildings on site. Block 1 and 2 are identical and accommodate 12 students each. Block 3 accommodates 16 students. This residences is complete with a spacious study area, dstv compact, wifi and many more. It also has netball hoops and various board games for students' entertainment. There is a generator onsite which is used as a backup for electricity and a borehole for water backup.
