NGXABANI RESIDENCE 02 is a building structure comprising of 4 double rooms and single rooms, we have a single kitchens with the latest amenities such us 2 four burner electric stoves, with 1 4 burner gas stove, 2 fridges, 1 microwaves, 2 electric kettles to name a few. The structure includes a comfortable common room that is fitted with the latest entertainment systems, cable TV, Wifi, A sizable Flat screen tv and comfortable seating enough to accommodate our full-capacity students. We also have a state-of-the-art study room, washing machines, backup electrical power in the event of power outages and backwater tanks that will and or serve as backup water supply. With regards to Ablution facilities, we have 2 toilets, 1 shower with an additional bathroom with bath, a an adequate number of hand basins. Security to us is of the utmost importance therefore the structure is completely secured with a 2 meter high wall fitted with a razor wire. The building is fitted with the latest CCTV security cameras and on-site 24-hour security personnel. All windows and doors are fitted with metal burglar bars for the utmost security.
