The building structure for PELO AND SISTERS RES is 510 square meters. There are 3 single rooms, 3 ensuite double rooms, and 9 double rooms in all. We have two distinct kitchens, each with the latest appliances, including two 2-burner gas stoves, four refrigerators, two microwaves, eight electric kettles, and two 14-kg washing machines. The building has a welcoming common area with the newest entertainment equipment, cable TV, WiFi, a huge flat-screen TV, and comfy seats for all of our enrolled students. We also have an innovative study area, backup generators for power outages, and backwater tanks that may either store water or be used as a water supply backup. We have a sufficient quantity of hand basins, 5 showers, and 6 toilets in our restrooms. Because we place the highest priority on security, the building is totally surrounded by razor wire. The structure is equipped with modern CCTV security cameras, and there are security guards on duty around-the-clock. Metal burglar bars are installed in all windows and doors for maximum security.
