This is a Free State accredited property house under Motheo TVET College at Thaba'Nchu Campus. It is a Five (5) to Ten (10) minutes walking distance accommodation to the campus known as a Pink house visible enough by everyone from the campus. It is securely fenced with devils fock with a big and small lockable gates day and night for security reasons and students are expected to keep both gates locked all the time day and night. The property has an outside flushing toilet & inside bathroom with shower. The inside corridor has a First Aid kid box accessible to all students for use, A wall mounted cage for unlimited WIFI router and Automatic washing machine. A front door veranda is for students relaxation. There's a 24 hour service Caretaker available in the absence of the landlord.
