The Building has 3 floors with 27 double rooms and 1 single room, namely: 1st floor = 10 rooms, 2nd floor = 9 rooms and 3rd floor = 9 rooms. The rooms are clustered into 11 units each with a kitchen with the required sized fridge, stove and a microwave. All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, study desk, chair and a wardrobe for each student. Each unit has a bathroom with the required number of showers and separate toilets. one bathroom for the disabled is provided. There is a laundry area with washing machines and an ironing area, a study area and a common room. The building has CCTV cameras, free Wi-Fi and DSTV. It is surrounded by a well manicured garden with outdoor benches for our residents to chill. Easy access to public transport and a walking distance to various amenities such as supermarkets, hospitals, pharmacies and food stores.
