It is a private dwelling with domestic outbuildings. It has seven bedrooms, two kitchenettes, and one big dining room. There are two bathrooms and two shower rooms. On entering the yard, there is a guard room on the left and a study room on the right with built-in furniture. Safety is one of the priorities of quality improvement. The right to safety and have the basic needs is enshrined in the Constitution of South Africa Therefore, I have decided to install three water tanks to cater to students. I am intending to accommodate for thirteen students in my residence.
