The Libizona Res/building is approximately 1 km away from the Walter Sisulu University Butterworth main campus. The structure is a single story building with 3 entrances and exits. The Libizona residence is a building structure sitting 520 sqm floor area, the structure is comprising of 18 double rooms, we have a dual kitchen setup with the latest amenities such us 3 four burner electric stoves, with 1 4 burner gas stove, 4 fridges, 2 microwaves, 8 electric kettles to name a few. The structure includes a comfortable common room that is fitted with the latest entertainment systems, DSTV TV, Wifi, A sizable Flat screen tv and comfortable seating enough to accommodate 80 percent of the full-capacity of students the structure can carry. We also have a state-of-the-art study room, washing machines, backup electrical power in the event of power outages and backwater tanks that will and or serve as backup water supply. Regarding Ablution facilities, we have 6 toilets, 6 showers, and an adequate number of hand basins. Security to us is of the utmost importance therefore the structure is completely secured with a 2 meter high wall fitted with a razor wire. The building is fitted with the latest CCTV security cameras and on-site 24-hour security personnel. All windows and doors are fitted with metal burglar bars for the utmost security.
