It is the house located at 14 Hillview Road, Quigney, East London. It got 8 rooms excluding the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. In those 8 rooms that we have, we have 3 single rooms and 5 rooms where the beds are double (sharing). We got two Jojo tanks installed in case the water is closed by the municipality for renovation or fixing pipes. We also have an unlimited Wi-Fi router in the house. We have a backup inverter to keep the lights and Wi-Fi on in case of loadsheeding. The property also has a designated study area. There are three showers and two toilets. The property has beds, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, stoves, and a washing machine. It also has installed kitchen cupboards with a double sink and is well secured, including the fire extinguishers installed in the property. The property also got geyser that uses gas, even if its loadsheeding we get warm running water. All in all, our accommodation is student-friendly because each and every room has beds, study tables, study lamps, and an installed wall-drop for each student.
