Each residential unit is made up of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with 2 showers, Fully furnished Kitchen with a 4 plate stove with an Oven, Microwave and a Fridge. The 3 bedroom unit accommodates 5 students (2 double rooms and a single room). There is a big study area and recreational facility with Pool tables and huge Television sets. There is also a backup power supply for study room and recreational facilities in case of load shedding and this also applies to WIFI, Access control and Security cameras. There are security guards everyday for 24 hours. Access to the complex is controlled using the modern facial recognition system. There are Laundry facilities that are equipped with big automated wash machines and Driers. There is also a huge drying yard that is more than enough for all residents.
