ARANE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION This is a spacious property in the CBD behind Mcdonalds. Allows to house 21 students it has 11 rooms and total of 6 bathrooms . It has 10 double rooms (6) in the main house with 2 ensuites in 2 rooms and 1 common bathroom and a shower. Outside there are 2 double rooms and a single room (1 ) all with closed en suites. There is an extension of a flat which allows 4 students to stay with an extra fully equipped kitchen and ensuite. All rooms with closed cupboards and desks. There is a spacious lounge to relax and unwind, a dinning room ,an entertainment room a gym and a double kitchen with enough closed cupboards , washing space and space for fridges . Surveillance cameras ,security gates and a gym , study room and an entertainment area with enough space and a fireplace.
