The student accommodation, located separately from the main house, consists of a servant's quarters comprising two single bedrooms and one double room. Each room is equipped with closets, new beds, and study desks. Additionally, there's a modern kitchen complete with cabinets, stove, microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils. A bathroom with a shower is also provided, along with a living room furnished with sofas and a television.
