We are perfectly located near both North and South campus about 2.5 km away from the University. The Summer breeze Spar is situated right behind us and we are also 3 km away from the Summerstrand beach. FREE WI-FI THROUGHOUT -The building is fitted with fibre to ensure high speed internet connectivity. We provide you with Wi-Fi throughout the building so that you are always connected and each student has access to uncapped data monthly. ROOMS – We offer 10 semi furnished units, with a single bed, desk, chair, lamp and Wi-Fi. All our rooms are non-sharing. You will however share 3 bathrooms with 10 other people. FLATLET -The flatlet is furnished and have the convenience of its own bathroom and kitchenette with a bar fridge and microwave. Common areas include an outdoor braai area. Community Spaces KITCHEN – We have a fully equipped communal kitchen where you can cook up a storm with friends.
